GGG AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
By participating in the Grote Grit & Glam Co. Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
YOUR AFFILIATE CODE
Each approved affiliate will receive a unique discount code to share with friends, family, followers and their community.
Your code gives customers 15% off eligible GGG merchandise.
Affiliate codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless specifically approved by Grote Grit & Glam Co.
Affiliate codes are intended for your audience and may not be used on your own purchases unless otherwise approved.
YOUR COMMISSION
Affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying sales made using their unique affiliate code.
Commission is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and excludes taxes, shipping, gift cards and other non-merchandise charges.
There is no minimum amount of sales required to begin earning commission.
Commission payouts are made monthly once your unpaid commission balance reaches $25. If your balance is less than $25, it will roll over to the next payout period.
TAX INFORMATION
All affiliates earning cash commissions are required to complete a Form W-9 before receiving their first payout. GGG will issue applicable year-end tax forms as required.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Commission is not earned on returned, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible purchases.
If commission has already been credited for an order that is later returned or refunded, the corresponding commission may be deducted from future earnings.
MONTHLY BONUS REWARDS
In addition to regular commission, affiliates can earn monthly bonus rewards based on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate code:
$250 in monthly sales
→ $25 GGG Store Credit
$500 in monthly sales
→ One FREE eligible GGG item, up to $45 retail value
$1,000 in monthly sales
→ $100 GGG Store Credit + one FREE eligible GGG item, up to $60 retail value
Bonus tiers do not stack. You will receive the reward associated with the highest tier reached during that month.
Monthly qualifying sales reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
Store credit and free-item rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and may be subject to product availability.
SHARING GGG
There are no required posting quotas or minimum monthly sales requirements to participate.
We want you to share GGG authentically and in a way that feels natural to you.
Affiliates may not make false or misleading statements about GGG products, pricing, promotions or policies.
Affiliates may not represent themselves as an employee, owner or official spokesperson of Grote Grit & Glam Co.
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
When promoting GGG on social media or other public platforms, affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Grote Grit & Glam Co. when required.
Simple disclosures such as “GGG Affiliate,” “affiliate link/code,” or #ad should be clearly visible with promotional content when applicable.
CODE ABUSE
Affiliate codes may not be posted to coupon-code websites, used to create unauthorized promotions, used fraudulently or otherwise manipulated to generate commissions.
Orders determined to involve affiliate-code abuse, fraud or manipulation will not qualify for commission or bonus rewards.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Grote Grit & Glam Co. reserves the right to modify commission rates, customer discounts, bonus incentives, eligible products or other program terms.
Affiliates will be notified of material changes when appropriate.
GGG also reserves the right to pause or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
TERMINATION
Either the affiliate or Grote Grit & Glam Co. may end participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
GGG reserves the right to immediately remove an affiliate for fraud, code abuse, misleading advertising, inappropriate conduct involving the GGG brand or violation of these terms.
Valid commissions earned before termination will remain payable subject to these terms.
